If We’ve Made An Error
We want you to be happy with your purchase at Kapoww T Shirts. If we have made an error, such as sending you the wrong size, colour, or shirt design, please let us know and we will send you the corrected order.
We will also replace any t shirts damaged in transit.
You can contact us by emailing email@example.com, or replying to the dispatch email you were sent by our team. You should let us know your RC order number from your email receipt so that we can deal with your problem more efficiently.
If You’ve Made An Error
Please do not return the t-shirt, Hoodie or Polo shirt to us before contacting us to ensure that your request satisfies our returns policy.
All our T shirts are custom printed to order, we do not have ‘stock’ of any designs**. With the huge variety of colours, sizes and designs that we offer, keeping a stock of any design is totally impractical. Under UK law ‘custom made’ or ‘made to order’ products are exempt from the internet distance selling rules.
So, we’re not abliged to offer refunds if you’ve ordered the wrong size. However we do offer an exchange service for wrongly ordered items.
The fees for exchanges are….
£5 per shirt upto XXL – P&P Free of charge in UK, (International postage rates apply for non UK orders)*
£7 per shirt for 3XL – P&P Free of charge in UK, (International postage rates apply)
£9 per shirt for 4XL – P&P Free of charge in UK, (International postage rates apply)
£10 per shirt for 5XL -P&P Free of charge in UK, (International postage rates apply)
£11 per shirt for 6XL – P&P Free of charge in UK, (International postage rates apply)
£7 per Polo shirt – P&P Free of charge in UK, (International postage rates apply)
£12 per Hoodie – P&P Free of charge in UK, (International postage rates apply)
* Note – if you want to change size from a standard tee (sml to XXL) upto a 3XL-6XL, then there will also be the extra cost for the larger size.
Also, we don’t refund any cost if you want to have smaller sizes.
Superman and Batman are licensed products and are not custom printed by us, so you can freely exchange these items.
All shirts that you wish to exchange must be returned to us and should be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed. It is your responsibility to get your order back to us in good condition, when sending your order back we recommend using an insured service such as Royal Mail recorded delivery.
When you contact us requesting an exchange, we’ll send you a Paypal invoice (email) for the exchange fee. Once this is paid you can send the t shirt back to us. You can contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
